Manora Living is a registered NDIS provider of Specialist Disability Accommodation. Our role is to be a good landlord: finding the right tenants, keeping homes in good order and working with tenants’ chosen support providers.

How partnership works
Step 1: Tell us about the project
Location, stage, design category and timing. Early conversations are welcome.
Step 2: We assess fit
We review the design against tenant demand and the SDA Design Standard.
Step 3: Agree the arrangement
We set out roles, responsibilities and terms in writing, so everyone knows who does what.
Step 4: Tenanting and management
We find tenants, manage tenancies and look after the home.
We do not make promises about financial returns. Any investment decision should be made with independent financial and legal advice.
