Complaints and feedback
We want to hear from you, good or bad. Making a complaint will never affect your tenancy.
How to tell us
- Email enquiries@manoraliving.com.au
- Phone 1300 368 993
- Use our contact form
- Ask someone you trust, such as a family member, support coordinator or advocate, to contact us for you
You can make a complaint in any language or format. If you are deaf, or have a hearing or speech impairment, you can contact us through the National Relay Service. For an interpreter, call TIS National on 131 450 and ask them to contact us.
What happens next
- We acknowledge it. We tell you we have your complaint within two business days.
- We look into it. Someone who was not involved reviews what happened and talks with you about what you would like to happen.
- We respond. We aim to give you our response within 21 days. If it will take longer, we tell you why and keep you updated.
- We learn from it. We record every complaint and use them to improve how we work.
Your complaint is kept confidential and shared only with the people who need to know to resolve it. You will not be treated differently for making a complaint, and it will never affect your tenancy.
